Timeline & Commission Process

Commission slots are open 1 week before the first phase of illustration commences. Slots are determined on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are the 21st customer writing into a 20-slot opening for that month, we will write back to you to ask if it’s ok that we move your work to the next month.

The Artist works in this system: 2 weeks of sketching for all commissions followed by 2 weeks of inking for all commissions that month. Please allow a minimum of 1 month for your commission to be completed.

We will require the full character(s) details and shared references that will help better determine character(s) features, personality, pose, etc before the week of sketching starts.

Please follow the format stated in our commission form that highlights the full details we will need for your character(s).

Pricing Terms

Please note that all prices are in USD.

50% payment upfront before commencement of work via Paypal or bank transfer. The rest is to be paid after the artwork is completed.

We will send across a Paypal invoice for the first half (your Paypal email needs to be shared with us in the commission form) once the final total cost has been confirmed in correspondence in email. A balance invoice will be sent after artwork(s) are completed.

The prices listed above are base cost, and approximate, and it depends on the resolution you need and the level of complexity shared with us when you send us your details through the commission form.

The artworks under the commission sample chart covers Personal Use only. Resolution of Artwork for Digital only. Please let us know if you would need artwork for commercial use and we will quote accordingly.

Please also note…

Artist only draws OC, RPG humans and creatures (in Artist’s style), and fanart.

No gore, NSFW, furries, realism, robots, or cars.

We have the right to politely decline any commission(s) that isn’t in line with the artist's style of illustration and/or doesn’t fit within our focus of fantasy art.

Each commission includes 2 rounds of sketch revisions & 2 rounds of ink revisions. Any additional rounds of changes will incur charges.

We reserve the right to post your commission on our social media under the Artist’s personal portfolio.

Please credit us if you intend to post the finished commissioned work online (social media, website, etc).
